In between the hustle and bustle of life

Since Cumberland County doesn’t allow any costumes of any kind, this is my Halloween costume today

Me: “Do you guys like my costume? I made it myself!”
Alanna: “Coach Mac, is that a spider?”
Me: “I’m a frayed knot!” (what she hears: I’m afraid not)
Alanna: “Then what is it Coach Mac?”
Me: “A frayed Knot”
Alanna: Why won’t you tell us?
Me: I did….. (saying it VERY SLOWLY & POINTING) A FRAYED KNOT
Alanna: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
